2023 Vindicta Estate - Mystery 1914 Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, the inaugural release of Vindicta Estate and the Mystery 1914 Vineyard, is a true testament to the artistry of nature and winemaking. The growing season was marked by a cool, wet spring, which led to an extended maturation and a meticulously curated harvest. On September 22, we carefully selected an ultra-low yield of only 0.78 tons of the finest fruit to craft 40 cases of this exquisite, single-vineyard wine. Fermented and aged in new French oak, it balances freshness and elegance. Bottled in March 2025, and released in July 2025.
