2023 Vindicta Estate - Mystery 1914 Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2023, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a celebration of elegance and subtlety. The product of a unique growing season marked by a cool, wet spring, this vintage produced only eight tons of carefully selected fruit harvested in late October 2023. Fermented and aged for 21 months in new French oak, this wine is highlighted by its silky tannins. Bottled in August 2025 and released in October 2025, with a limited production of 450 cases.
